How should I prepare for my facial?
To get the most out of your facial, we recommend arriving with a clean face, free of makeup. Please note that your esthetician will need access to your shoulders and décolleté during the treatment. You’ll need to bring your bra straps down or remove your bra entirely. Rest assured, you will be nicely tucked in with a blanket at all times and never exposed. If you're coming for a treatment that includes extractions, try to avoid any harsh products or exfoliants the day before.
How should I prepare for a manicure or pedicure?
For your manicure or pedicure, we suggest coming with clean nails, though it’s not required! If you’re coming in for a pedicure, it’s helpful to wear loose, comfortable clothing to allow easy access to your feet. We’ll take care of the rest!
What should I expect at Rachel's Room Day Spa?
We are a quiet zone to ensure you can fully unwind and relax. We kindly ask that you respect this serene atmosphere by keeping conversations to a minimum, creating an environment of peace for all guests.
Where is the reception, and what should I do when I arrive?
The reception and area is the second door to the right when you enter the building. Please remove your shoes, hang your coat, and have a seat in the reception area. We’ll be right with you shortly.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
All you need to bring is yourself! Please note that footwear must be removed upon entry as we aim to maintain a clean and tranquil environment. We provide slippers for your comfort during your visit.
What time should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive 5 minutes early to allow time to settle in and prepare for your treatment. Arriving earlier or later may disrupt appointments and impact the experience for both you and other guests.
Can I make special requests for my treatment?
Absolutely! We’re happy to accommodate special requests whenever possible. If you have preferences such as a certain product, treatment customization, or a specific focus area, please let us know ahead of time. We’ll do our best to make your experience tailored to your needs.
Do you have a retail space to shop?
Yes, we have a retail space where you can browse and shop our products. If we’re busy with a client, simply ring the bell for service, and we’ll be out to help you as soon as we can. You can also shop all our products online and have them delivered to your door or available for pick-up at the spa.
What should I do if I need to cancel my appointment?
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any cancellation fees.
How will I know when my in-store pickup order is ready?
We will reach out to you as soon as your order is ready for pick up.
How will I receive tracking information for my shipped order?
If you have chosen shipping, we will reach out with your tracking number once your order has left the spa.
